Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of our IT & Digital department by effectively managing and implementing SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with CAFM systems, and maintaining robust database and BASIS system operations. This position supports the Estates Centralized Support Services-LLC by driving results that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at the Head Office location.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP FICO modules, customizing configurations to align with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage BASIS system administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems to optimize facility operations and data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and reports, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to meet evolving requirements.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges, applying data fluency to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment, fostering a customer-focused environment that prioritizes service excellence.
  • Drive results by proactively managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, contributing positively to the organization's IT strategy.

Qualification

Applicants must hold a relevant degree or professional certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a related field. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of SAP FICO modules is essential, along with experience in BASIS system administration and database management. Familiarity with CAFM systems or similar facility management software will be highly advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and a solid understanding of system integration principles.

Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or BASIS Administrator credentials will be considered a plus. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic technological environment is expected.

Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in SAP module implementation and configuration, particularly in FICO, alongside hands-on expertise in BASIS system administration and database management. Proven skills integrating CAFM systems or similar technologies will enhance the ability to support Estates Centralized Support Services' operational needs.

Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with SAP ABAP programming are critical to this role, ensuring custom solutions can be developed and maintained effectively.
